Here are a few simple pet rules to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.

• We charge a $20 non-refundable fee per pet, per night.
  
  
• There is a maximum of two pets allowed. 
  
  
• When you leave your room, please take your pet with you. All pets act differently than they do at home due to strange noises and a new environment.
  
  
• PLEASE DO NO ALLOW YOUR PET TO BARK AND DISTURB OTHERS.
  
  
• A "Repair Fee" covering the cost of any repairs for damage caused by your pet will be charged when required.
  
  
• There are many grassy areas around the property where you may walk "FIDO." 
  
  
• We do ask that you pick up after your pet.  Pet bags are available in the office...  just ask. 
  
  
• Pets are not permitted in the pool or spa area, nor in the conference rooms.
  
  
• Lincoln City has a leash law.
